I believe this video may be outdated. servicenow.asu.edu is no longer a viable link (live link: asu.service-now.com/sp). I have typed in asutest.service-now.com to look at the practice page and the current configuration for ASU's Service Now website looks different than this video depicts. My annotations is greyed out. I am using an iMac with the latest OS and Flash versions and Safari. The editor is also greyed out and says to install a modern version of Flash, which I already have. What is the solution?

Menu and steps do not precisely match options available to me.

That isn't a trusted site. That is popups and Javascript. Other sites seem to suggest bookmarks then add as Top Site - yet to check but definately not this.

Please create a more updated version of this video! It would be much appreciated! Especially if you created custom videos for different employees.
